When you join our team, you'll be joining the ranks of many famous NSDA alumni such as Ketanji Brown Jackson, Paul Rudd, Jordan Peele, Oprah, Zac Efron, Elizabeth Warren, Kal Penn, Kenan Thompson, Stephen Colbert, Sonia Sotomayor, Bruce Springsteen, Idina Menzel, Billy Eichner, Josh Gad, Chris Colfer, Chadwick Boseman, and Brian Baumgartner. 

• No student may miss more than 15 school days per semester in any one class. 

• Students must have a 2.00 gpa. 

• Students may not have an F in any classes. 

If you attend a school other than LCHS, but reside in district, and would like to be a member of our team, please email lcspeechdebate@gmail.com to inquire about eligibility. E-cademy students who reside in La Cueva district are eligible. 

We have multiple events offerred at La Cueva. Some are offerred at every tournament, some only at a few towards the end of the year, and some we only compete online. That said, there is something for everyone no matter their interest and the time they have available. Check them out!
