The Harvard UKTOC Qualifier is a two-day online debate tournament running January 23–24 (Friday–Saturday), beginning at 4:45 PM on Friday. The tournament consists of four preliminary rounds followed by two elimination rounds, Each team must provide one judge per entry, and the entry fee is $125 per team. Harvard Debate Council hosts this tournament online.
Due to the cost of this tournament we will only be submitting teams of 5. As such, the signup is to be placed on a team, you do not need to create your team. WSD Captains will be creating teams.

ROUND 1/ROUND 2 (Switch Sides): This House believes that the Non-Aligned Movement has outlived its usefulness in the 21st century.
ROUND 4:This House supports prioritizing international funding for large-scale infrastructure projects in the Global South over social welfare programs.
Finals Motion: This House regrets the role of the United States as the dominant external power in Caribbean affairs.

Coaches, judges, and competitors should familiarize themselves with these documents prior to the start of the tournament.
