In order to get an APS Unsupervised Volunteer Badge you need to follow this process:

1. Cost is $60

2. Fill out this form to request an Unsupervised Volunteer Badge

3. After you have submitted the form, you will be given instructions to schedule your fingerprinting appointment at: 6400 Uptown Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

4. Once that has been processed you will receive an email with instructions for obtaining your badge. Badges are obtained at APS Graphics, 912 Oak st. SE Albuquerque, NM 87106.

5. Final step, you will receive a finalized copy of your Clearance From while receiving your badge. You must bring the completed form to the school to keep on file.
