When judges are entered by a tournament it runs a "disaster check" to make sure no one is judging students they entered into tabroom as conflicts. While I can enter your conflict list when I add you to judge that an individual must manual check each time you are entered, a better way to avoid conflicts is for each judge to enter their conflicts into tabroom itself, which will be available for every tournament. Please use the following instructions to enter your conflicts into tabroom.

1. Start by signing into Tabroom

2. Click on your Email

3. On the Right, under "Judging" choose "standing Conflicts"

   • If you do not see the menu on right shown below, click the small arrows/lines under "About" to reveal the side menu

4. Under "Add Individual Conflict" either enter the students name or their email. It will pull up a student by name and the school they attend. Choose the appropriate student. Add all the students on La Cueva, or another team that you should not be entered to judge.
