In the NM District this is performed exclusively at the La Cueva Cave Classic Tournament held every January. CIDNI is an event that is a cross between DUO (2 competitors) and Impromptu (no prep) with a Humorous Interpretation tone. Immediately prior to competing students will be given a two character script that they must perform together immediately.

Recommended Preparation

Be prepared to have fun! Review two act plays and come up with ideas for various types of characters both in body language, accent, and voice that you could use for your script. As each character is speaking the other character can quickly jump ahead in the script to plan what they will do next.
